Ensure your device has got network coverage and that it is properly configured for WAP. Verify that you can actually open a WAP page with your browser.

Error during nickname registration
If the error message says that the nickname is in use, pick a different one. However, if you registered that nickname before, then you supplied the wrong password. On a communication error, ensure your mobile phone is configured for Internet access over GPRS, EDGE or UMTS. On some networks, this requires setting up an access point (APN) different from the WAP APN. For instructions, visit your operator's web site or refer to the following list of Internet APN.
